This gold class with swords is made from '900' silver, which is then finished in gilt. It retains almost all of its frosted finish, with the highlights polished.

The presentation case for this cross has a dark red exterior, which is also extended, to the interior.  The velvet base has a recess for the pin, and the upper portion is padded satin.
