This silver class without swords is made as a one piece with the eagles integral to the cross
and not the normal separately applied. It retains almost all of its frosted finish, with the highlights polished.
This
matches the bronze without swords class that is also displayed on this site. I have examined both in fine detail and can concur
that both come from the same die.
A rare piece with only 327 awarded possibly making it one of the rarest combat awards from
the 3rd Reich period!
