Otto Klein
(Otto Klein)

This example by the firm Otto Klein of Hanau is marked with their Prasidialkanzlei "Lieferant" number '134' in the centre of the backing plate, just obscured by the pin.

All German Cross's follow the same main design and construction with the main differences being found in the design of the gilded wreath on the obverse and the number and style of the rivet, which secure all the layers together.

With the Klein made pieces it can be seen that the wreath is basically a circle with a smooth inner and outer edge.

Their rivets are the hollow type and always four are used.
